Cancellations of registrations must be sent to the course secretariat, only by e-mail to [email protected]
Until December 31st, 2024, no cancellation fees apply.
From January 1st until February 10, 2025, 80% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees.
No refunds are possible after February 10, 2025
In the event of congress postponement, all paid registration fees and services will be transferred to the new congress dates.
The congress secretariat is not responsible for duplicate registrations.
NAME CHANGES
Name changes must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat Anatomy Techniques and Training Center, at: [email protected]
For name changes submitted:
Until December 31st , 2024, no extra charge will apply.
For each name change (either for individual registrations or as part of group registrations), 25 Euro will apply. The full details of the new registered participant are required to be sent. For the new participant the same terms and conditions will apply.
